1. Do you have a clear course or career goal you want to pursue? क्या आपके पास कोई स्पष्ट कोर्स या करियर लक्ष्य है?
2. Did you score above 80% (or equivalent) in your most recent qualifying exam? क्या आपने पिछली परीक्षा में 80% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए?
3. Is your family from a financially weaker section and willing to contribute part of the fee? क्या परिवार आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर वर्ग से है और शुल्क का कुछ भाग देने को तैयार है?
4. Do you already receive a scholarship or financial assistance from the government or any other source? क्या आपको पहले से सरकार या किसी अन्य स्रोत से छात्रवृत्ति या आर्थिक सहायता मिल रही है?

Government family ID & its number
Latest fee structure from your institute
Recommendation letter from your Principal
Class 12 marksheet — required for college / university courses
For Class 12 & above Marksheets of last two exams
Accepted formats: PDF, JPG or PNG · up to 2 MB each. Tip: photograph documents flat, in good light, with no glare.
